A VERY LARGE MEDICINE CABINET

The GSA has leased 77k SF of warehouse space at 4 Center Drive in Northeast Commerce Center to store medical supplies for Health & Human Services. It's a consolidation of four locations in Baltimore and Philly. The agency now leases 154k SF there, as does Herr's. Cushman & Wakefield's Ned Brady and Matthew Laraway repped the landlord. This deal follows one announced earlier this week in which the GSA leased 48k SF in the former Activis drug manufacturing plant in Columbia.
