Richland Inks 38k SF Worth Of Leases In San Antonio

Richland's West Loop II at 5407 Bandera Road will welcome 10 new tenants and one renewed tenant. Airsoft Revolution 15 resigned a lease for 5 years and 9k SF.

Houston property giant The Richland Cos has been on a leasing tear in San Antonio, inking 12 deals topping 38k SF in retail space.

Richland's West Loop II at 5407 Bandera Road will welcome 10 new tenants and one renewed tenant. The biggest deal is with Airsoft Revolution 15, which re-signed a lease for five years and 9k SF. Courageous Faith Church inked 4k SF, and a number of tenants took down 3k SF leases, including Brian Ramirez and Ubaldo Parra, IPN International Promotions and BBE Fitness.

The 10 deals were negotiated by Real Estate Resources' Bobby Anderson and Richland's Edna Meyer-Nelson.

Over at Tower at Boerne at 1595 South Main St, Mattern & FitzGerald Custom Home Builders leased 2k SF. Home Team of America repped the tenant and Bobby repped Richland.
