Lincoln Property To Build YETI HQ

Lincoln Property Co is developing two office buildings in Austin, but don’t bother calling; Austin-based YETI Coolers has already leased them both. (Nothing could be cooler.) The new HQ, dubbed Lantana Ridge, consists of two three-story facilities totaling 175k SF at 7601 Southwest Pkwy in Southwest Austin. YETI was attracted to its location and nearby outdoor amenities; CEO Matt Reintjes says he wanted to provide an environment that embraces the YETI culture and encapsulates what YETI is all about, the outdoor lifestyle it caters to. The team: LPC will manage the building, GFF Architects is handling design, and DCA Construction is GC. CBRE’s Russell Young repped YETI, and LPC’s Seth Johnston and Trish Williams repped the landlord. We can expect the project to be completed in Q1 '17.
