Galen College of Nursing signed a seven-year lease that will expand its One Technology Center space to 68k SF. The private nursing school will now occupy the entire 14th floor.
Galen has been in the San Antonio building since 2008, starting with 24k SF before growing to 41k SF. It also maintained an extended campus less than three miles away at 4440 Piedras Drive S. The new lease will consolidate the workforce into One Technology Center, which is within the 900-acre South Texas Medical Center.
Galen College of Nursing will join tenants like the Veterans Administration, University of Texas Health Science Center South, BSG and Progressive Insurance.
