BBVA Compass Moves Its San Antonio Corporate Offices

BBVA Compass is about to become even more of a presence in San Antonio as it took a chunk of square footage inside Weston Centre, the city’s tallest office building. The bank’s logo will be displayed atop the building’s north and south sides, and be illuminated at night.

BBVA Compass signed a lease for 9k SF in the lobby for a retail storefront, and 19k SF on the second floor for corporate offices.

Weston Centre plans significant renovations to the new occupant’s space. The workspaces will be modeled after BBVA Compass Plaza in Houston.

CBRE’s Mike Sawtelle repped BBVA Compass. CBRE’s Steve Thomas and Lindsey Tucker repped Weston Centre.
