Northwest San Antonio Emerges as Hot Residential Market

Mosaic Residential purchased The Parq on the Boulevard, a 208-unit property at 5655 UTSA Blvd for $15.7M. The property is directly south of the University of Texas at San Antonio campus and close to a growing retail market.

This isn’t Mosaic’s first rodeo in Northwest San Antonio. Vantage at Shavano Park (pictured above) hit the market last week with units averaging 829 SF and costing $1,043 per month.

Institutional Property Advisors' Will Balthrope (who's marketing Vantage with colleague Drew Kile) says the area surrounding I-10 and Loop 1604 is one of the most active because of job growth and strong demographics.
