Training Facility Goes to Bat in Johns Creek

MLB hopefuls can now realize their dreams in Johns Creek. D-BAT—a baseball and softball training facility—has inked a 22k SF deal at 3985 Lakefield Ct in Suwanee, next door to two other athletic users—GetAir Trampoline Park and CrossFit.

The training center—with two other locations in Atlanta—offers pitching and batting instruction with indoor batting cages and other training equipment. Ackerman & Co's Joseph Harland brokered the deal, and says Johns Creek's demographics were appealing lure to D-BAT.
