Hudson Grille Expanding To North Point Mall

Atlanta sports bar chain Hudson Grille is scoring another location, this time near North Point Mall.

The chain is taking the former Champps Americana sports bar and grill location at 7955 North Point Pkwy, just outside the regional mall's main thoroughfare, says Skyline Seven's Ryan Holzer, who was representing the emptied restaurant space.

Cheroff Group's Penelope Cheroff brokered for Hudson Grille, which already operates seven locations in Atlanta. Penelope is also one of our keynote panelists at our Leaders in Commercial Real Estate event next week.
