That could displace the famed Atlanta concert venue, according to Tomorrow's News Today. Built in 1925, the property had been owned by the Taylor family for more than 80 years, but since Beverly Anne Taylor passed away this year, the property is being marketed for auction this August. The fate of Smith's won't be known until after the sale and the intentions of the new owner are made known. But the package reportedly has a line that reads, "Smith’s Olde Bar is currently an at will tenant and has received a 60 day notice to vacate, which is in dispute.
