Here's a first look at what Fellini's owner Clay Harper is cooking up. BuckheadView got its oven mitts on renderings of Fellini's proposed renovation at 2809 Peachtree Rd. Clay is seeking a rezoning of the site to allow for Fellini's to expand, taking over the shuttered LaFonda eatery space and creating additional dining and patio seating. It also will fit into the corner nook of Brand Properties' redevelopment next door, and Fellini's is working with that developer to complement its aesthetics, BuckheadView reports. This first look was provided to Buckhead's zoning committee for the area. [BV]
