Will Atlantic Station Steal Giant Software Tenant from Gwinnett?

Numerous sources tell us that Sage Software is in talks to lease 75k SF at 201 17th St at Atlantic Station, the Midtown mini-city.

Whether that means Sage is moving en masse from its Gwinnett County home (160k SF in two buildings) off North Brown Road in Lawrenceville remains to be seen. Sage's Aimee Ertley previously told us that the company is “continuously investigating potential opportunities to expand our presence in the Atlanta area.” Officials with Cushman & Wakefield, who are assisting Sage in the office search, CBREI, which owns the Atlantic Station tower, and Sage itself, did not return calls seeking comment.
