A Sandy Springs real estate firm is getting into the office leasing game in Alpharetta.

Skyline Seven Real Estate, which has focused mainly on retail leasing and management, has picked up a portfolio of office buildings in North Fulton County and in other areas of Metro Atlanta in its first foray into the product type. The Bernstein family out of South Florida recently tapped Skyline Seven to lease 400 North Business Park off Alderman Drive, the 103K SF Priority Park office building on Westside Parkway and Corporate Campus, a more than 50K SF office project off Shiloh Road, all of which are in Alpharetta.

The deal is part of a larger portfolio of some 500K SF in leasing and management assignments picked up by Skyline Seven from the Bernstein family in recent weeks, including Northside Hospital's 52K SF Johns Creek medical office building in Suwanee and the 82K SF Perimeter Place medical building off Mount Vernon Highway in Atlanta.

“Demand for flex office space in North Fulton has remained steady,” Skyline Seven Vice President Richard Nash said. "The tenants actively looking for space have been serious prospects and has translated to strong occupancy and rental rates."
