Peachtree Corners Secures Big Office Deals

PM Realty Group has secured a big deal that will stay in Peachtree Corners. The firm renewed and expanded Pond & Co to 63k SF at Peachtree Ridge in the Norcross city. The five-year renewal was brokered by PMRG's Chip Roach and Stephen Clifton, with CBRE's Craig Goldberg repping the tenant. The deal helps push occupancy at the 161k SF office building to 84% leased.

And it's the latest deal in the Peachtree Corners submarket that has taken its share of losses in recent months, including Fiserv, which is moving to Alpharetta. Other deals include Intravis, which inked a new 10,300 SF lease at 303 Research Dr, a 71k SF office building owned by Continental Property Group (with CTR Partners' Rob Coastworth and Jeff Richardson repping the tenant), and Valens Software, which inked a 7,200 SF deal there. Both deals were brokered by Lincoln Property's Matt Davis and Jeff Henson for the landlord.
