Johns Creek Medical building is among the three-building medical office portfolio that Atlanta-based SG Property Services has picked up recently. We just learned that SG purchased the 60k SF portfolio, which also includes Marble Mill Medical Center (here) in Marietta and Hospital Way in Stockbridge, for $11.8M. SG's Paul Shailendra says all three properties are adjacent to hospitals with direct access to those campuses.
