SNL star Kenan Thompson  returned home to Atlanta last night to help The Study Hall celebrate its 20th anniversary at Puritan Mill. Of course the place was crawling with CRE types.
 
We snapped Kenan during his 20-minute set featuring Bill Cosby and Whoopi Goldberg impressions. He also talked about his seventh SNL season. ?We just had Betty White on the show. She's super old, [but] she was with it.? He also came clean about why he was in Atlanta: ?My mother?s on the Study Hall board, so I had to come.?
 
 
We snapped Kenan with Dale Lewis, left, and teammate Zack Usilton of Carter at the pre-dinner cocktail hour. Dale is one of several CRE pros on The Study Hall?s board. Others include John Decker of Childress Klein, Bill Buist of Colliers International, and Ray Stache of C&W. The event was a virtual sellout. Among the more than 330 tickets ticket buyers were Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed and Study Hall founder Father Austin Ford.
