It's all  blue skies for Parmenter Realty Partners' Overlook III. That's because its tenant, Wells Fargo Bank, just expanded by more than 20k SF and renewed for 38k SF at the Vinings 440k SF tower. Wells VP  Chuck Alexander calls Overlook II the ?new hub  in our Atlanta office portfolio,? where 100 employees will be based. Grubb & Ellis'Gail Crowder represented the bank, while Cousins' Chuck Francis and  Jeff Dils repped the landlord.
