| The news was confirmed this morning by both Seven Oaks Co's Harry Conley (right, schmoozing with Resource Real Estate's CFO Jeb Brees) and by Eastdil Secured's Randy Evans at our Atlanta Capital Markets event at the Westin Atlanta Buckhead. The purchase price for the more than 500k SF office building, being sold by GE Asset Management, wasn't disclosed. Seven Oaks developed Riverwood 100 and was part of the talks to sell to Highwoods.
