Tardy To PMRG

We chatted this past week with Bob Tardy, who just joined the ranks of PMRG in Atlanta after a stretch with Chandler Spratlin's Atlanta Commercial Property Services. Bob will be working with Bill Weghorst and Scott Rees, leasing up such properteis as Piedmont 14, Northridge Centers I & II, Overlook II and One Glenlake. The UGA grad is an avid golfer with a 7-handicap, but notes his 16-year-old Norcross High School daughter “is a much better golfer than me.” Overall, he sees the recovery in the real estate market taking hold. “I'm very encouraged by 2014 for office and industrial space in Atlanta. And I think rates are starting to go up,” he says.
