SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT: 100 PEACHTREE

America?s Capital Partners president  Jude Williams  says that 100 Peachtree  is a true rebranding project, costing $30M. The former Equitable Building is already getting a thorough exterior cleaning, bringing out the luster of the original aluminum. As well, every pane of glass is being replaced with a dual-pane insulated system saving about $1,000 in electrical costs per day. An  Energy Star  and  LEED certification  is in progress, with a comprehensive  $3.5M elevator modernization  and wide scale  HVAC system upgrades. The mezzanine level lobby will be partially eliminated, replaced with a full 40-foot grand entrance made of white marble and glass. The 18th floor will be totally dedicated to tenant amenities, including a mock courtroom for trial practice (great for area lawyers) and fitness and conference centers. Outside, the entire plaza will be renovated, with over 5,000 SF dedicated to high-end restaurants. For more info on our sponsor, click here.
