The group (moderated by Rachel) waxed philosophic on the state of public works and public-private partnerships following the defeat of the T-SPLOST. Steve, who was the financial architect behind the City of Atlanta's TAD program, says P3s such as TADs will likely now play a larger role in major projects, particularly infrastructure ones. |
