Franklin Street's Emil Gullia (dressed as Robin Hood) is robbing from the chicken to help the chicken salad sandwich. We met with Emil and colleague John Tennant (dressed as an investment broker) at Del Frisco's. Emil is representing chicken sandwich chain Chicken Salad Chick in a dozen more locations (it already has five here). He also just got involved with Core Power Yoga, a chain of yoga studios looking to enter the Atlanta market with several 4,000 to 6,000 SF studios.

And it wouldn't be Halloween in Atlanta without getting a glimpse as to who Richard Bowers' Ashley Parker dressed as. Here's a hint: “I'm your huckleberry.” Ashley, dressed as the famous Western lawman Doc Holliday, poses next to an unfazed Richard Bower. He recently put 83 Walton St, a 17k SF office building in the popular Fairlie Poplar district, under contract with marketing firm Phase 3 Media, which will occupy the building as well.
