Interior demolition begins next week on Green Street Propertiesand Jamestown's Ponce City Market redevelopment. Green Street VP Jim Irwin, center, spoke yesterday at the Georgian Club. We found him with Sterling Risk Advisors' Doug Rieder, Moore Colson'sBert Mills, Moore Colson's Steve LaMontagne, and Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry's Bill Montgomery.
Steve introduced Jim, who told the audience that developers are working to become part of the community long before the official opening date and plan to open a coffee bar on a parcel within the site—possibly with a brewery, in the next six to 12 months: ?The building becomes part of the community while we are under construction.?
