The firm's Atlanta office was just awarded leasing and management for Powers Ferry Landing East, a 400k SF office complex off Northside Dr owned by KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT. PMRG?s Dean Giordano and Zach Wooten have also been tapped to help lease the buildings. This is the latest in a string of leasing/management assignments that even has PMRG jumping into the industrial game in Atlanta with an assignment by Crow Holdings Capital Partners to manage its 2M SF Southeast portfolio. |
