PM REALTY: ANOTHER BIG ASSIGNMENT

PM Realty Group has grabbed another big leasing project. This time it's Embassy Row, in the heart of Central Perimeter.
 
Leasing on the five-building, 657K SF office complex off Abernathy Road will be led by PMRG SVPs Chip Roach and Bill Weghorst. Embassy Row is owned by AREA Property Partners and is 70% leased with major tenants such as Ceridian and Atlanta Institute of Art. This gives PMRG more than 10M SF of real estate in Atlanta.
