It looks like it. Sources confirm that the Hines Interests and North American Properties' JV has pulled out of its development pitch for the Atlanta Braves stadium mixed-use project in Cobb County. No reason was given, but that means that—for now—the JV between Fuqua Development, Batson Cook Development, Pope & Land Enterprises, and Pollack Shores Real Estate Group is the remaining party. (Baseball is a lot easier when there are no fielders.) Officials with JLL, who are leading the selection process, did not return calls seeking comment.
