Brand Properties is rejiggering the layout of its Midtown MOB slated for Northside Hospital's use. The firm is reapproaching the Midtown Alliance with plans for its 10-story medical office building at what was formerly 1117 Spring St. Now Brand has purchased additional adjacent land and added a new address: 1130 West Peachtree.
