We snapped this of Carter's Matt Wirth and  Brian Hogg  of Portman, enjoying an evening of cocktails and networking at NAIOP's Young Professionals Mixer  held Sept. 28 at Piedmont Center North 15. Matt works with Carter's investment arm, which just acquired the note for 115 condos—73 finished and 42 in shell condition—and land for 41 more condos called Valencia at the Beach in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.
