We chatted with one of our sponsors of ast week's Atlanta Construction & Development Summit at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead. Cooper Carry's Pratt Farmer and Brandi Haughton tell us the architectural firm has put its design touches on the second phase of Cousins Properties' Emory Pointe and the new engineering bioscience building at Georgia Tech. Pratt says the firm is seeing a lot of new work with the hospitality industry: "Currently the big type is dual brand."
