MAKING AIR WAVES

Speaking of Capital Grille, it's where we had a little  wine ?n dine event with some special guests last night, including Bull Realty's Bob Kane  and  Michael Bull. Michael tells us he's upgrading his Commercial Real Estate Show radio studio—moving it to Central Perimeter, where he's expanding and building out his own studio, allowing for him to actually host live shows on BIZ1190AM.
 
We had a chance to welcome Atlanta's newest CRE fixture, Beck?s Ben Bard (left, with CohnReznick's Wes Hudson), who takes over the regional directorship  of the Atlanta office on the coattails of Fred Perpall, who was recently named CEO. We learned Ben is an avid golfer and really, really wants to play Ansley Golf Club.
Atlas Retail Capital's Principal  Ty Underwood was doing double duty, between our party and a Wealth MD shindig. We dropped by and captured Wealth MD?s Scott VaronSeth CohnChuck McCray(they only man with the compassion to let his tie breath a little) and Josh Harper (with Ty there in the middle). Seth says in the world of investment planning  for physicians, there's a lot of anxiety over taxes. Specifically, how much taxes will go up next year. Many are especially concerned about how tax changes will affect retirement savings. ?They're anticipating change, and nobody really likes change.?
