Land Sale = More Parking Spots

The Georgia Department of Transportation has plunked down $1.5 million to expand its Park & Ride in Gwinnett County. John DeYonker, vice president of land and development with Bull Realty, handled the sale of the nearly two-acre site, which is adjacent to an existing lot. Good news for car-poolers (and DeYonker).
