Kirk Rich Snags VetConnexx

Rich Real Estate's  Kirk Rich (on left with Parkside Partners' Kyle Jenks) will certainly be giving thanks this Thursday: He just snagged VetConnexx to his 3100 Breckenridge Blvd facility in a move that will bring 300 new jobs to Gwinnett County. (We're gonna need more cornbread.) The company inked a deal for 31k SF at the flex office for a customer service contact center.
