| We're pretty sure Kim King Associates' Greta Sanders will be jumping for joy soon. That's because she and KKA's Frank Leesecured a 28k SF lease for HangTime at Tower Place. HangTime is an indoor playground that has wall-to-wall trampolines, allowing kids (and adult children) to jump all over. We confirmed Greta hasn't jumped yet, ?but I can't wait though,? she says. The Shopping Center Group's Stephanie McCall repped the landlord, with HangTime taking the former Crunch Fitness space at Tower Walk. Greta says the owners of HangTime are scouting sites for a second facility. |
