An Atlanta investment advisory firm is moving uptown. RidgeWorth Investments has inked a deal for 34K SF at Cousins Properties'Terminus 200. So, by next spring, the firm will be moving from its digs at The Hurt Building in downtown. Carter's Kirk Diamond and Brad Haertel  repped the tenant.
