Industrious Office In Talks With Jamestown

A Chicago-based office suites operator that targets the trendy and cool worker is eyeing Atlanta for entry—possibly at Ponce City Market. Sources tell us Industrious Office (with its Chicago break room pictured here—even the plants seem cooler than we are) is in talks with Jamestown Properties for 10k SF at the much-hyped Midtown redevelopment project. Industrious lists Atlanta as an expansion markets on its own website, but gives no indication of timetable. Calls to Industrious were not returned by press time, and Jamestown's Matt Bronfman could not be reached for comment.
