IDI IN BUFORD

Hettich America  has leased  126k SF at IDI-owned Hamilton Mill Business Center in Gwinnett County, on Hamilton Mill Road in Buford. Hettich, a manufacturer of hardware for kitchen cabinets, residential furniture and appliances, will use the location for storage, manufacturing and distribution of their products and also as its North American HQ. The move represents a consolidation of the company's existing HQ in Alpharetta and a manufacturing location in Baldwin. Nathan Anderson  of NAI Brannen/Goddard repped Hettich, while longtime IDI landlord rep Lisa Ward handled the deal for her firm.
