HORTON HEARS A SALE

We found Grubb & Ellis? Eva Horton hanging out with a bunch of other real estate pros at The Sky Lounge at the  Glenn Hotel in downtown on Sept. 30. Eva certainly had a right to enjoy a night out with her peers. She recently was tapped to list a portfolio of five retail properties for sale with LNR, including a 15K SF strip center in Loganville, 65 Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd., a 31K SF shopping center anchored by the newly signed Dollar Tree, and Shoppers World II, a 15K SF strip center right in front of a super Wal-Mart on Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth.
