Speaking of  big industrial deals, we got one for ya. Or, Panattoni has one. Panattoni Development Co just inked a nearly 440k SF deal  with New Breed Logistics at 5400 Fulton Industrial Blvd. New Breed is using the space for a contract it has for the  US Postal Service where it will repair postal equipment. New Breed inked a seven-year deal at Panattoni's 682,500 SF facility (already painted blue and white, coincidentally). Colliers International's Scott Plomgren brokered the deal for the landlord, while Cassidy Turley's Dan Rose repped the tenant.
