And we were on hand this week when Cushman & Wakefield's 64 Perimeter Center team dropped in on UGL Equis' Tyler Courtney to surprise him with a  $5,000 check for a shopping spree to NYC. Tyler won a C&W drawing for taking a client on tour at the building the previous month. And just to be clear, Tyler owes us a big one since it was your intrepid Bisnow reporter who drew his name from the basket.
