When we snapped Eola Capital's  Bob Stoner  and  Candy McIntyre last month, we thought they were smiling because they loved Schlotzky?s subs. Turns out there was (probably) another reason. They knew Eola Capital soon would officially be  king of Atlanta's office market, thanks to last year?s $1.1B buyout of America?s Capital Partners' managing partners positions across the region. That deal, which added Peachtree Center, 10 Tenth Street, and several other Atlanta office buildings, helped Eola earn the No. 1 spot onAtlanta Business Chronicle?s Top Owners of Atlanta Real Estate List with 5.4M SF. Atlanta's hometown REIT Cousins Properties ranked second with 5.4M SF.
