EASTDIL SELLING GWINNETT MOB

A new owner may just be what the doctor ordered for a Duluthmedical building. Eastdil Secured has snagged the assignment to sell Terrace Park Medical Center (below) for an affiliate of Wells Fargo, which took the building back earlier this year, sources tell us.
 
The 130k SF building at 771 Old Norcross Rd, just a block away from the Gwinnett Medical Center, is 50% leased. Eastdil is expected to send out information to prospective investors next month, we hear. This is the same Class-A facility for which Childress Klein Properties earned the leasing assignment, as we reported last month.
