Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors Stakes Claim in Alpharetta

Cushman & Wakefields David Meline, Stewart Calhoun, Samir Idris and Casey Masters helped Invesco Real Estate sell Preston Ridge I and Windward Fairways I and II to Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors for $47M. The three buildings, totaling 432k SF and developed by Childress Klein Properties in 1997, are off Milton Parkway in Alpharetta.
