NationsBuilders Insurance Services has extended its 17k SF lease through 2020 at Overlook III, an office project in Vinings. Also,AlphaStaff Group has expanded and extended its lease there to 12K SF through 2019. Overlook III, owned and managed by Parmenter Realty Partners and leased by Cousins, is now 77% leased. John Hirsh and Andy Lechter of Studley, who are apparently quite busy these days (yes, you just read their names in the last item), repped NationsBuilders. Chris Wagner of Jones Lang repped AlphaStaff, while Chuck Francis and Jeff Dils of Cousins repped the landlord. Cousins senior veep Thad Ellis tells us its ?leasing activity is up, which we see as an encouraging sign for the Atlanta office market.? |
