Terrace Park Medical Center, recently taken back by an affiliate of Wells Fargo, has been put under the purview of Childress Klein Properties to lease and manage the 130K SF building at 771 Old Norcross Rd, just a block away from the Gwinnett Medical Center. The Class-A facility sits at 50% leased. This is the latest medical leasing and management assignment for Childress Klein and also represents another step in the firm's efforts to lease and manage bank-owned properties, says Childress Klein's Gordon Buchmiller. The firm also developed, leases, and manages the medical officecondo project Preston Ridge Commons and also managed the Jackson Healthcare Building on Northwinds Parkway.
