Speaking of Ackerman, SVP Frank Farrell  at least now knows where to go to book that flight to Tampa. Frank recently renewed AirTran?s 21K SF reservation office at 1800 Phoenix Blvd. (above) in the Phoenix Office Park in downtown Atlanta. It was part of 35K SF of new and renewal deals at the office park in recent weeks, including Atlanta DermatologyOmni Eye Services, and South Atlanta Endodontic Specialists. And Gwen Wegman  also leased 17K SF  in new deals at Perimeter Town Center, the firm's medical mixed-use project at the corner of Hammond Drive and Peachtree Dunwoody Road. Among the deals: Women's Institute of Health, which leased 5K SF for 10 years (repped by Kirbo Properties' Tom Kirbo); Sono Bello, which leased 5K SF (repped by HealthAmerica Realty's Jon Christenson), and Equity Loan, which inked a deal for 7K SF (represented by CRESA's Ronnie Cannon  and Thomas Tindall).
