| Sources tell us that Parmenter is in talks with Clarion Partners to buy the 360k SF tower for $60M, or about $170/SF. Cushman & Wakefield's David Meline and Stewart Calhoun are marketing it. At last Thursday's NAIOP Night at the St. Regis, these folks were mum on the topic: JLL's Adam Viente; Eastdil Secured's Kennedy Hicks, and Parmenter's Michael Holmes, Trena Morton, and Nathan Reser.
