You read it here last week, now get the details. We got in touch with Databank's  Alan Wexler, who has the skinny on the sale of Post Biltmore (now just the Biltmore apparently). The 276-unit Midtown apartment was sold to Mesirow Financial for a whopping $51M, or more than  $185k per unit. A  Freddie Mac loan was arranged by Grandbridge Capital, according to Databank.
