Ackerman's newest hire is bringing some urgent deals with him. We sat down with Andy Sutton, who discussed his efforts to help Immediate MedCare develop and open 50 stand-alone urgent carefacilities throughout the Southeast. Once developed, Andy will attempt to sell off the 6,000 to 8,000 SF facilities to real estate investors. Formerly of Lynx and Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, Andy and Bryan Davis came to Ackerman after Lynx and HREA disbanded when noted medical real estate broker Todd Permanjoined Grubb & Ellis in Atlanta. Andy, also a member of Ackerman Medical, says he plans to focus not only on medical real estate sales brokerage, but multifamily and retail as well.
