Amazon is rumored to be moving toward another brick-and-mortar retail location in New York City, this time in SoHo.

The e-commerce giant is reportedly in talks to lease 7,354 SF at 72 Spring St., between Crosby and Lafayette streets, currently a pop-up shop for lingerie retailer Aerie. The space is divided into 5,200 SF on the ground floor and 2,154 SF below ground, The Real Deal reports.

72 Spring St. is owned by Melvin Heller, who has retained RKF to market the space. None of the parties involved commented on The Real Deal's report, which did not include whether the lease had been signed.

Amazon's first New York store opened earlier this year in the Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle, and another is on the way in Herald Square.
