95-Unit Residential Building Coming To Washington Heights

Placeholder

Caerus Group has filed plans to build a 95-unit residential building on the grounds of a former church in Washington Heights.

Plans call for the building, at 206 Wadsworth Ave., to take up 89k SF, including about 15k SF for a community facility, The Real Deal reports.

Caerus has reportedly not yet decided whether the apartments in the building should be rentals or to sell them as condos. The lower levels of the building would also include parking, a house of worship and classrooms. Caerus acquired the site for $8M in 2015.

University dorms were initially discussed as a use for the land.
