Brooklyn’s 10 Best-Selling Condo and Co-Op Buildings In 2015

While only Brooklyn's tallest residential building, 388 Bridge St, made the list of NYC's best-selling buildings for 2015, the borough held its own locally, with six buildings selling units averaging $1M or more. From luxury high-rises to more standard fare, here are the top 10 sales in the borough’s condo and co-op market last year, compiled with data from PropertyShark.

10. The Bergen House
